6/6/2011 18:00 Krumpendorf, Austria

This morning was a more tired morning for most of the family, but we got up around eight. Dad had already left for the university, so we were planning on exploring the area. after a cereal breakfast, we all got ready, which took a long time with one shower to five people, and then set out on an adventure to see if the Billa, the grocery store we shopped at last time, was still around. It was still there, to our great excitement, and there was also a Spar, another grocery store, right next to it. after looking around at both stores, we bought food and soap and walked back home. the bread here is just so good! it tastes delicious unlike anything i've found in the states. also, something else interesting to note is that the mustard here comes in metal tubes like toothpaste. it tastes very different from our american mustard. we ate lunch and then just lounged around for a while. soon after we started to get tired, mom decided it was time to go on a walk again, so we went to see if the Baeckeri Nadrag was still around. It was, but we decided to wait until dad came home to go there, and besides, it was closed. We walked a little further on to an information place and got a map and some sightseeing pamphlets. then, while we were heading back home, our dad stopped and picked us up on his way home. we spent some time at home before going back out to the Bakery. Its funny, most places close from about 12:00 to 15:00 for lunch i guess. we ate delicious pastries, and then headed back home for planning and playing games. Mom and dad went to the store, so I expect we'll be eating dinner soon. I can't even explain how delicious the food is. Even the air here just seems, well, wholesome. Healthy. Wonderful.
